goodbuyau.com is run by Good Buy Australia. These terms apply whenever you browse our site or buy from us, along with our Shipping, Returns & Refunds and Privacy policies. By using the site, you agree to them. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.
Using our site
You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. Please don't use the site for anything unlawful, try to access systems you're not authorised to, interfere with how the site works, or upload anything harmful. We may restrict or remove access for anyone who does.
Products, prices and availability
We work hard to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colours can look different between screens and occasional mistakes happen. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. Prices and stock levels can change without notice, and we may correct errors at any time, including after you've ordered.
Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or payment can't be verified. If we cancel after you've paid, you'll receive a full refund.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. We're not responsible for courier delays or events outside our control. Responsibility for your order passes to you on delivery.
Returns and your consumer rights

Reviews and content you send us
If you send us reviews, photos or feedback, you allow us to use them free of charge to promote our store, anywhere in the world. Please make sure anything you send is your own, is accurate, and isn't offensive or unlawful. We may remove content at our discretion.

Everything on this site, including the Good Buy Australia name and logo, images and written content, belongs to us or is used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse it without our written consent.
